"Lights" in sky seen before China earthquake, videoed over southern California July 03/08

This is a media reply to a featured video(see media reply) of the strange lights seen in the sky before the devastating earthquake that hit China recently.Im posting it purely to see what people think. The text below is NOT MINE and was attached to the video.
TEXT FROM SOURCE:
THIS WAS TAKEN IN THE MOJAVE DESERT AREA - THIS MORNING.
IT LASTED FROM AROUND 2AM TO 3AM.
EARTHQUAKE LIGHTS****CONFIRMED****
I watched what happened in China and a lot of other places that have been hit with large quakes and in California we are sitting on a ticking time bomb here and I highly encourage everyone to prepare as much as possible. When a large quake hits, it will be most likely our only chance of survival other than luck. If anyone in California is not prepared at this time, I would hurry and begin gathering your things.A friend call me this morning with a warning. He has recorded a multitude of final signals similar to those before the 8.0M in China that was preceded by a major event in Japan.
General area: Hawaii to California
Specific area: Southern California
Magnitude: 6.5 to 8.0M
Confidence: 82%
Window: July 2-July 10, 2008
HE encourages people of the affected areas to GET prepared and to pay special attention to their animals, well water levels, electromagnetic effects, earthquake sounds and lights.I note that today is the New Moon just 28 hours after a close perigee and extreme tides (8.9 ft.)
This is one of the strongest reports I have ever received from my friend. He has been right more often than he has been wrong.

PS:It's interesting that the other videos related to lights in California have been disabled from YouTube and the account under USGSearthquakes, suspended.
I've taken this from liveleak.com.At any rate....California is overdue for a 7+,so if I would live in the area I would take my precautions and make preparations...
As in the days of Noah...
